This design is called the digital collection and generation design of Chinese style doors and windows. It takes Chinese traditional grid doors and windows and their geometric patterns as the research object, and deeply studies its evolutionary logic, shape composition, usage scene and cultural implication, combines modern forms and processes to carry out parametric definition and generation of home door products, and finally deploys them to the web platform to realize online design.

Through this design, users can easily adjust parameters (such as length, width, pattern size, pattern density, etc.) on the web page to generate Chinese style door panels, and use AR technology to view the generated results in real time and experience the new door and window customization process.

The main innovation point of this design lies in the combination of traditional culture and emerging digital technology, and proposes a design form suitable for the application of traditional patterns in modern home doors, and at the same time proposes a digital and parametric design customization process.

Through the parametric customization of the traditional pattern door panel based on the web platform, the learning cost and communication cost of user participation in the design improve the accessibility of traditional culture and bring new design possibilities to the door and window industry.
