The design aims to capture the essence of the evolving city while providing an iconic benchmark for its development. The towers combine at different levels to form vertical sky gardens that fit perfectly against the backdrop of the mountains on the south side, creating a deeper sense of belonging. The stepped design of the lower floors of the commercial podium enriches the user experience, while the green terrace breaks the monotony and promotes community interaction through these platforms.
