Tianhui, known as the "King of Asian Buildings", has an intoxicating view of the Victoria Harbour. Inspired by this elegant image, the designer turned into an evening tailor, creating a low-key and luxurious feeling with champagne gold foil, specially modulated gray maple shadow wood and unique marble and other exquisite materials. In order to present its unique design, most of them use handmade or customized materials, and the unit is carefully carved to make a graceful evening dress. In order to draw a floor plan and 3D renderings that are most suitable for the guests, the designer must conduct detailed on-site inspections and interviews on the guest's personal preferences, living habits and lifestyle before designing. The fashion magazine in the guest's home is also one of the inspirations for the theme of this design-evening dress. With the help of different suppliers, the designer collected materials from different places for comparison, and also visited several places to travel, and finally found the most suitable design for granite. The unique and rare materials used in this project must be handled carefully and the decoration is very difficult. If one of the selected pieces of granite from Iran is destroyed, the entire batch of materials must be replaced to maintain the consistency of the vein line. Regarding the design, in order to make full use of the space and balance the proportion of the room, the designer reorganized the main bathroom and cloakroom to improve the overall spaciousness. It is worth mentioning that the design of switchable smart glass in the master bathroom not only maintains privacy, but also enhances the spaciousness of the master bedroom and becomes an excellent ornament in the unit. In addition, one of the highlights of the design is the implementation of an intelligent living system in this 2,476 square foot unit. Through the introduction of advanced technology, on the basis of maintaining the traditional living function, getting rid of the passive mode and providing integrated control of electrical and air-conditioning equipment, owners can not only enjoy the daily convenience brought by technology, but also further enhance the taste of life.
