More than 350,000 out-of-hospital cardiac arrests occur. We have been trained in CPR, many of them could not perform CPR properly, as they do not know the precise and detailed elements of CPR. But we do not have time to hesitate, because the golden time to save patients in cardiac arrest is 4 minutes.
