The NAIPO PI transformation plan is the first brand product transformation I handled. I have done a lot of research and thinking. The whole set of PI has made a great breakthrough, with many people's doubts, puzzles and even quarrels in the process... I have encountered the worst person in my career and experienced many great things;
During this period, I have been to many places, seen many beautiful things, met many great people, and gained a lot in design. The biggest gain is to understand my design mission: to convey goodwill and beauty;

At present, a total of three brand products PI have been transformed, involving 50 products. The transformation so far is as follows:
1. Each brand transformed product has won more than two design awards (currently in the Donner-2021 year of transformation, a total of 16 awards have been won, including IF/Reddot, Gold Award for Contemporary Good Design, Bronze Award for Chinese Design Intelligence, etc.)
2. The transformed products once ranked in the top three in Amazon's single category (including establishing a product design process from 0-1 for a start-up company and helping the company develop)
