The overall base building is designed in a field shape, and the exterior of the building is based on rice ears as the family emblem. The Tian type symbolizes Jiayi Gui as a large agricultural county and expresses Jiayi's agricultural transformation in architectural vocabulary. The Daosui Family Emblem represents not forgetting the original intention, retaining the original agricultural characteristics, and injecting a combination of tradition and innovation into Chiayi. The interior is designed with tall space, smooth lines and multi-end changes of lighting, to create a public field of functional conversion. The whole is paved with wood and warm, with stone surface and tile to make different material changes. The hall, the banquet hall, and the restaurant area are all rich in color and gorgeous chandeliers to create a grand reception atmosphere. The knowledge and learning pavilions create interesting and elegant spaces with bright and open colors, geometric figures and winding lines.

In the same region, the high-speed rail international city is the most innovative construction product. In Jiayi County, where the sky and apartments are concentrated, the high-speed rail international city has reduced the construction and cover rate (building coverage ratio) and increased the height of residential buildings, giving the land more green and humanized public facilities. The design of low construction cover rate makes the distance between buildings more open, and every household can have the best sunshine in Jiayi. The design of large-scale retreat on the road allows adults and children to enjoy absolute residential safety, and also allows life to truly improve taste and texture from inside to outside.
