Chinese catering is dominated by heavy oil and strong cooking. In addition, the sizes of Chinese dishes and tableware are different. Foreign dishwasher brand baskets cannot perfectly meet the needs of Chinese consumers. Domestic dishwasher brand baskets can adjust their functions according to the specific characteristics of Chinese cooking, including design opportunities in the dishwasher purchase process.

This project aims to start from the pain points of consumers, effectively meet the actual needs of domestic consumers, and design a product service system to improve the user experience of dishwasher baskets from purchase to use to future changes in demand. The final product delivered is a dishwasher basket with an innovative service system.
